Programme · Inclusion & Community Resilience
No One Should Be Overlooked.
Emergencies and economic disruption do not affect everyone equally. Our response work prioritises people and communities most likely to be excluded from available support.
COVID-19 response
During Ghana's COVID-19 restrictions in 2020, public reporting documented food and relief support associated with the Kofi Abban Foundation across communities in Greater Accra and Kumasi. Reports referred to a wider target of approximately 15,000 households.
Verification pending — this target will be reconciled against internal distribution records before being presented as an achieved result.
Support for persons living with disabilities
Public reporting also documented more than 1,000 meals and food packages provided to persons living with disabilities in Accra. The programme emphasises accessibility, dignity and the importance of reaching groups who may otherwise be overlooked.
